MIsfits of Science
I've been rewatching this series this month and been enjoying it. Anyone else remember this early trip into super-hero TV? One thing that stands out to me is they have a lot of rock music in it. I wonder if they put it on DVD if it would have to have the songs replaced like WKRP? I keep hearing songs by the Beetles, Chuck Berry and others, that I'm sure have to be licensed.

The only way to get it is looking for a bittorrent right now. It ran on NBC in 1985 and then way later rerun once or twice on the scifi channel years ago.

The series was about a scientist who investivates human oddities, and seems to use them to fight evils and such. The main hero is Doctor WIlliam "Billy" Hayes, who has no powers, but is the top scientist of the group and team leader.

Doctor Elvin Lincoln is the second in the team. He's a 7+ foot tall black man who can't play basketball, so he wishes he was shorter. His first experiments in growth hormon reversal granted him the ability to shrink to doll size for a limited period of time: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TFkAyG9UUmA

I am seeding the one I found on isohunt.com. I hope that's the one you are using. Sadly it's only seeding about 30kb per second to 52 peers. I'm hoping this should spread the info and it will continue to speed up as more people get the data.

I've been playing the Misfits episodes from that archive and the episodes "Missing Link" and "Center of Attention" don't play on Windows Media Player for some reason. I have successfully converted them with another program into MPGs and they play fine. If you have any trouble viewing them let me know and I'll link you to the converter program I used.
