I've just watched this movie despite reading all manner of negative posts, perhaps the only movie to match Battlefield Earth in terms of reputation

It didn't suck even with the god awful CGI, weak script and dodgy acting and if it had been a TV movie with a budget of around $5million then I would really be cheering it on but a theatrical release with a reported £50million budget, good god what were they thinking!

I may be in the minority, but I don't hate this film as much as everyone else does!  Wasn't great, but it kept me entertained.  Bad FX and all!

Yep, I was really expecting the worse but ignore the more stupid plot points and it's on par with the more decent Scifi Saturday movies or those by RHI and in some cases much better.

I was surprised to see Sir Ben Kingsley but hey we all have to eat
